Jesus “Ryan” Arvizo, FNP-C
Clinical Director
A proud Arizona native, first-generation college graduate, and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Ryan is the clinical owner of Accident Care Partners and holds full authority over the care provided on the platform. Licensed in Arizona, Nevada, and California, with 14 years in healthcare and more than five as a provider, he leads the same-day evaluation, treatment, and documentation that injured patients — and the attorneys who work with them — rely on.
Every treatment plan he designs is evidence-based, personally reviewed, and monitored throughout care; documentation reflects the patient's clinical findings, never a desired legal outcome. His mandate: treat every patient like a person, not a case number — and never put his name on a record he wouldn't stand behind.
Devin Casey, MBA
Operations Director
Devin leads the platform, operations, and patient experience behind Accident Care Partners. Through Elaren Ventures, he oversees the intake, technology, and compliance infrastructure — the systems that turn a provider's evaluation into fast, clearly documented care and a smooth experience for patients and their legal teams.
A U.S. Navy veteran, MBA, and longtime operator, Devin has spent his career building the business and systems side of small, regulated companies. His mandate: make credible medical care fast and convenient without ever compromising the rigor behind it.
