Care + documentation

Ongoing coordination
We follow your recovery and coordinate imaging, PT, or referrals as clinically needed.
How we work with law firms
We provide medical care and documentation based solely on each patient's clinical needs. Records reflect clinical findings — never a desired legal outcome. We do not pay or accept any fee or thing of value for referrals in either direction. This is a medical relationship, not a financial one.
How the lien works
Care now, paid at resolution.
Letter of Protection
Your client is treated on a Letter of Protection — a lien against the personal-injury recovery — so there is no out-of-pocket cost at the time of care.
Usual & customary charges
Charges reflect the care actually provided at usual-and-customary rates, documented to withstand a defense-side audit — never inflated because a lien is in place.
Records & billing packet
You receive the treating provider's records and an itemized billing statement for the claim; balances are addressed at settlement per the signed LOP.
Lien and settlement terms follow the signed Letter of Protection and the law of the state where care is delivered.
Refer a Client
Send us a referral.
Give us your client's details and we'll get them a same-day evaluation and clean documentation — across Arizona · Nevada · New Mexico · Utah · Texas. We do not pay or accept referral fees; this is a medical relationship.
